Lets us tell you a little bit about the people behind TERRA NutriTECH
Padraig is responsible for leading the TERRA NutriTECH team to greater growth through the development and implementation of the company strategy.
Padraig is very focused on delivering on revenue and profitability targets and has always brought this discipline to his extensive experience in both ‘start-up' and established operations in Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Padraig has extensive commercial experience in implementing innovative, effective sales strategies and developing trusted partnerships with key clients. In 2007, he joined Terra Liquid Services with his brother Tom and drove double-digit growth in the first two years. In 2012, Padraig along with Tom Hennessy established a new company to cater for international expansion and quickly established the need for an innovative and professional mineral company.
Padraig holds a Bachelor of Business and Marketing degree from Waterford Institute of Technology.
Tom is responsible for developing and executing strategies on product and technology to enhance the services for TERRA NutriTECH customers.
Specialising in product development, he brings a wealth of AgriTech knowledge coupled with sound business and financial acumen.
Tom is a seasoned entrepreneur having established and run two successful businesses. In 2005, Tom set up Terra Services, and by 2007 he grew the business to over €1.2 million in turnover. In 2012, Tom along with Padraig Hennessy established a new company to cater for international expansion and quickly established the need for an innovative and professional mineral company.
At TERRA NutriTECH, Tom leads all Product Management and Operations teams. Tom holds a BSc (Hons) Agricultural degree in Food Marketing and Business Studies from Adams Agricultural College in the UK.
Mairead oversees all the financial management functions at TERRA NutriTECH. She is responsible for the financial planning, forecasting and taxation. Mairead has a strong track record of delivering effective and practical accounting and financial management.
Mairead is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Chartered Tax Advisor with a wealth of experience gained from previous roles in PricewaterhouseCoopers, A&L Goodbody solicitors, Ulster Bank and Bord na Mona.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Law from UCD and a Masters in Accounting from the Michael Smurfit School of Business.
Martin is responsible for global sales at TERRA NutriTECH, covering all operators, distributors and direct channels.
In his role as CCO, Martin drives deeper integration and alignment across sales, customer success and services. Leveraging his extensive industry experience, Martin is focused on evolving Terra NutriTECH commercial teams to align to company strategy and market opportunities, ensuring current and prospective customers realize maximum business value from their partnership with TERRA NutriTECH.
Stephen is responsible for the execution and delivery of TERRA NutriTECH technology and products. He has a passion for automating processes and cutting edge communication technologies. He overseas our growing team of engineers and designers while driving product and software development.
He has a background in both infrastructure and data science and has worked with blue chip technology companies and an international bank in new product development, prototyping and data analytics.
He holds a B.SC, Computing from the Institute of Technology, Tallaght.
Antoinette is responsible for Compliance and Quality Control at TERRA NutriTECH.
Antoinette is a qualified solicitor and spent a number of years in practice in Dublin and over ten years in a large practice in south-east Leinster before joining TERRA. She holds a Bachelor of Law from UCD and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
Brendan has been a business advisor to TERRA NutriTECH providing direction and recommendation on the revenue and financial performance of the organization.
He is a serial entrepreneur in the telecoms and technology sector, having built many successful internationally-traded companies. He is well-known for his thought leadership and innovation in the technology sector and is a regular speaker at conferences in Ireland, the UK, and the USA.
Brendan is the founder and CEO of Digital Trading.
Brendan qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG, has an MBA from University College Dublin, a BComm from University College Cork (UCC) and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from IMI & UCC.
