Our Management Team

Padraig is a co-founder of TERRA NutriTECH and is responsible for leading the team and growth of the company. Through using technology and championing changing practices on farm, Padraig is determined to make farming more sustainable while improving productivity. Padraig has extensive experience in implementing innovative strategies and developing trusted partnerships with customers from varied experience In Canada, Australia and Ireland. Padraig holds a Bachelor of Business and Marketing degree from Waterford Institute of Technology.

Tom is responsible for developing and executing strategies on product and technology to enhance the services for TERRA NutritTECH customers. Specialising in product development, he brings a wealth of AgriTech knowledge coupled with sound business and financial acumen. At TERRA NutriTECH, Tom leads all Product Management and Operations teams. Tom holds a BSc (Hons) Agricultural degree in Food Marketing and Business Studies from Adams Agricultural College in the UK.

Mairead oversees all the financial management functions at TERRA NutriTECH. She is responsible for the financial planning, forecasting and taxation. Mairead has a strong track record of delivering effective and practical accounting and financial management. Mairead is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Chartered Tax Advisor with a wealth of experience gained from previous roles in PricewaterhouseCoopers, A&L Goodbody solicitors, Ulster Bank and Bord na Mona. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Law from UCD and a Masters in Accounting from the Michael Smurfit School of Business.

Martin has held senior positions in agrifood, service and distribution business, both private and public, and brings his extensive experience to the role of chief commercial officer. As CCO Martin is involved in all aspects of the business – from technical development, policy & strategy & marketing through to customer service and sales. A key function of the role is to support business partners as they grow the TERRA NutriTECH business model internationally. Martin holds a B. Agr. Sc. from University College Dublin and completed a post graduate EOP in Germany.

Stephen is responsible for the execution and delivery of TERRA NutriTECH technology and products. He has a passion for automating processes and cutting edge communication technologies. He oversees our growing team of engineers and designers while driving product and software development. He has a background in both infrastructure and data science and has worked with blue chip technology companies and an international bank in new product development, prototyping and data analytics. He holds a B.SC, Computing from the Institute of Technology, Tallaght.

Antoinette is responsible for Compliance and Quality Control at TERRA NutriTECH. Antoinette is a qualified solicitor and spent a number of years in practice in Dublin and over ten years in a large practice in south-east Leinster before joining TERRA NutriTECH. She holds a Bachelor of Law from UCD and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.

Ronan is responsible for growing the business in both the Dairy & Beef sectors in Ireland and oversees relationship management to all TERRA NutriTECH customers across the country. He works closely with farmers throughout the year providing advice and ensuring that their herd mineral requirements are met and provides solutions to any issues that may occur with herd health on farm. He is a part time suckler beef farmer with excellent knowledge of dairying from working on a dairy farm from a young age for 7 years with vast experience in Animal nutrition & health. He holds a BAgrSc – Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science from University College Dublin (UCD).

Roisin is responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, promotional material, print, social media and any visual communicational activities geared to reach TERRA NutriTECH’s target market and communicate the features and benefits of the company’s products or services in Ireland and around the globe.
